Mr. Kistner currently serves as Vice President and the Head of Discretionary Portfolio Management and Solutions in Segal Marco Advisors’ Chicago office. He is responsible for strategic and dynamic positioning of the firm’s discretionary client portfolios. In this capacity, Mr. Kistner works closely with clients on investment program design and creating customized asset allocations to efficiently meet client investment objectives. Mr. Kistner is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, Portfolio Management Committee and Manager Review Committee.
Mr. Kistner has prior experience in manager selection and due diligence across equity, fixed income and alternative strategies as well as a background in institutional portfolio review and analysis.
Mr. Kistner received his BB in Finance from Western Illinois University. He is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute of Chicago. Mr. Kistner also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
