Rosemary is a Senior Vice President and Senior Consultant in Segal Marco Advisors’ New York office with over 25 years of retirement investment consulting experience. She specializes in public sector plans with a focus on both defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Rosemary helps clients develop efficient plan structures that take full advantage of the various asset class options available to defined benefit plans, including value added real estate/opportunistic, hedge fund of funds, private equity funds, private credit funds and absolute return strategies. Rosemary joined Segal Marco in 2000.

Rosemary is the consulting member of the Committee on Diversity Investing (CDI) at Segal Marco, which meets twice a month to focus on emerging and diverse money managers in the industry. CDI held an Emerging Manager conference in our Chicago Office in 2024, which Rosemary helped plan and execute. CDI will continue to have these conferences regularly along with its regular initiatives of expanding our opportunity set of diverse and emerging managers more broadly. Rosemary is a firm believer that diversity is a major contributor to better outcomes and innovation.

Rosemary is also a founding member of Segal’s first Business Resource Group (BRG), the Women’s Leadership Council where she helped develop goals, policies and ongoing educational opportunities for all Segal staff. The Women’s Leadership Council, which was launched in 2019, aims to strengthen leadership and opportunity for women at Segal and help attract and retain a strong multicultural workforce. As part of the Women’s Leadership Council, Rosemary provides all company educational sessions on Finance 101 topics including information regarding the Segal Pension and 401k savings programs.

Rosemary is also a member of other BRGs at Segal including PRIDE@Segal, Segal CARES, Sustainablity@Segal and BOLD. PRIDE@Segal supports a diverse and inclusive environment at Segal and helps establish Segal as a leader and employer of choice in the LGBTQIA+ community. BOLD is dedicated to the support, inclusion and celebration of racial and ethnic cultural diversity with a focus on the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) community. Segal CARES connects, supports and advocates for all caregivers. Sustainability@Segal focuses on increasing sustainability awareness and action across the firm as well as creating and supporting sustainability in the communities where Segal employees live and work.

Rosemary is a magna cum laude graduate of Regis College with a BA in Mathematics and a BA in Economics. She spent an undergraduate semester at American University studying Economic Policy. She has also studied Statistical Modeling at the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) in Princeton, NJ.

Rosemary is a member of the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP) and is currently serving as an Advisor to the Women In Leadership Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Rosemary was recognized by the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA) as a 2023 Rising Star for her workplace and community advocacy.

Rosemary is a regular speaker at many public fund conferences and events throughout the country including the National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS) and the National Council on Teacher Retirement (NCTR). This year Rosemary spoke on Emerging Managers at NCTR and taught Real Assets at the NCPERS PATS Advanced Trustee workshop. Rosemary also attended the NASP 5th Annual Women’s Forum in early 2025 and the NCTR Trustee Workshop in Williamsburg in the summer. Segal is a member of NIRS (National Institute for Retirement Security), which had a visionary conference in November, which Rosemary also attended.
