Senior Vice President, Head of Client Growth and Engagement

John is a Senior Vice President in Segal Marco Advisors’ Denver office and manages the Western U.S. consulting team. He is also Head of Client Growth and Engagement for Segal Marco, focusing on internal and external client and prospect interaction through the lens of market and vertical leadership, intellectual capital communication strategy and marketing and business development. John also has oversight of our discretionary consulting, proxy and corporate governance and our advisor solutions services.

John has been with Segal Marco Advisors for over 20 years. He began on the research team, conducting manager due diligence, special projects and executing manager searches, and became a consultant in 2006. John is recognized by clients for his expertise in asset allocation, alternative investments and client communication and advocacy.

Prior to joining Segal Marco Advisors, John worked for several investment managers with strengths in varying investment styles and approaches. As a result, he gained expertise in all traditional asset classes and styles, as well as both fundamental and quantitative approaches.

John received his BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his MBA with distinction from DePaul University.

John is currently a National Board Member of the Mikva Challenge Grant Foundation.
