She also served as Research Director at the Center for Political Accountability, a non-profit, non-partisan organization, where she promoted transparency in corporate political spending. Ms. O’Brien co-founded LINC Negotiations, a Washington, D.C.-based consultancy that provided training in negotiation and mediation.
Ms. O’Brien received her BA in International Studies at the University of Missouri and her MS in International Conflict Resolution from American University in Washington, D.C.
