Mr. Hall is a Vice President in Segal Marco Advisors’ New York office with more than 10 years of industry experience. He is part of the firm’s Public Markets Equity Manager Research team and a member of the Alpha Investment Research Group, which is responsible for Fundamental/Quantitative Manager Research. He has manager research responsibility across a broad range of long-only actively managed equity strategies including global, emerging market, non-U.S., and domestic equity products (including low volatility equity strategies).

Prior to Segal Marco Advisors, Mr. Hall served as Investment Consultant and the Head of Global Equity Manager Research for JLT Employee Benefits, a UK-based employee benefits consulting firm, where he conducted manager search and elections exercises across asset classes with local government and private sector clients. Previous roles at the firm included Investment Analyst and Lead Equity Manager Researcher. Prior to that, Mr. Hall worked for another employee benefits consulting firm, serving as Business Development Coordinator, Investment Analyst and then Senior Investment Analyst. He started his career as an Associate at Watson Wyatt Worldwide, where he served as a lead administrator for several defined contribution employee benefit plans.

 

Mr. Hall received a BA in Politics with Honors from the University of Nottingham. He holds the UK Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. He is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III candidate.
