Mr. McMahon is a Vice President and Senior Consultant in Segal Marco Advisors’ Cleveland office with over 11 years of experience in asset management and client service. Mr. McMahon develops investment policy statements, selects investment managers and custodians and evaluates investment performance. He also advises clients on asset allocation strategy and liability analysis. Mr. McMahon provides investment consulting services to defined benefit, defined contribution, charitable and other types of investment programs.
Prior to Segal Marco Advisors, Mr. McMahon served as an Assistant Vice President and Institutional Client Advisor at PNC Institutional Investments in Cleveland. In that capacity, he managed discretionary investment portfolios for foundations, endowments and corporate clients. Prior to that, he worked as an Analyst with the same firm, providing research and investment recommendations for institutional client portfolios.
Mr. McMahon earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Akron and a BA in History from The Ohio State University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Cleveland. Mr. McMahon also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
