Billy is a Vice President and Senior Consultant in Segal Marco Advisors’ Boston, MA office with over 18 years of industry experience. He advises institutional clients on matters including investment policy, asset allocation and investment structure, manager selection and monitoring and investment performance. Billy has worked extensively with clients to help them understand and invest in new asset classes and strategies in order to meet their objectives.
Prior to joining Segal Marco Advisors, Billy was Area Vice President at Gallagher Fiduciary Advisors. In addition to his investment consulting responsibilities, he led the fixed income research group at Gallagher. Earlier in his career, he worked for eVestment, Mercer Investment Consulting, Wachovia Securities, LLC and Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc.
Billy received his BA in Economics and Commerce from Hampden-Sydney College. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) and Certificate in Performance Measurement (CIPM) designations and is a member of the CFA Institute.
