Segal Marco Advisors is pleased to invite you to our 2027 Client Conference at the Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa in Amelia Island, Florida, from Thursday, February 4, through Sunday, February 7, 2027. The conference is designed to help clients explore the issues shaping investment programs today and prepare for the opportunities and risks ahead. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to:
- Attend educational sessions on current investment trends, market developments, governance considerations and emerging risks.
- Discuss key issues and challenges with Segal Marco professionals from our research and consulting teams.
- Participate in planned networking events with peers outside of the meeting room.
Conference registration fee
Your registration fee includes:
- Three days of educational sessions
- All conference materials
- Meals during conference sessions
- Breakfast every morning and lunch on Friday
- Breaks during sessions
- Peer discussions and networking events
- Thursday’s welcome reception
- Friday cocktails
- Saturday cocktail reception and dinner
For registrations received on or before December 18, 2026, the fee is $2,100 per person. Registrations received on or after December 19, 2026, are $2,300 per person.
Guests of registrants are welcome to attend all networking events, subject to a separate attendance fee of $250 per person. This guest fee is also intended to satisfy requirements for those subject to LM-30 and LM-10 reporting.

Our 2027 Client Conference will be held at the Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa in Amelia Island, Florida. We have secured a group room rate of $279 per night, subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently 12 percent, plus a reduced resort fee of $15 per night. The resort fee includes a range of amenities, subject to change:
- Unlimited internet access in all guest rooms
- On-property tram service
- Unlimited use of two health and fitness centers
- In-room coffee station
- Local and toll-free phone access
- Resort beach access
- Preferred racquet club and golf course reservation access
- Daily bottled water in room
- Access to more than seven miles of bike and walking trails
- Access to parks and playgrounds throughout the resort
- Golf driving range privileges and one bucket of balls
- 24/7 access to the Gamer’s Lounge
- 10 percent off retail items at Amelia’s Signature Shop and Golf Shop
- Two bike rentals per day for two hours based on availability
- Two fishing pole rentals for two hours based on availability

Getting there
The Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is located at 60 Amelia Village Circle, Amelia Island, FL 32034, approximately 45 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). Segal Marco has not arranged transportation to or from the hotel, so attendees should plan their own ground transportation.
Dress code and weather
Resort casual attire is recommended during the conference. Early February on Amelia Island typically brings mild days and cool evenings, with average temperatures around 66°/47°.
