Our business resource groups have taken the lead on fundraising for charities and organizations important to colleagues.

Collectively, our colleagues were among the top fundraisers for the New York Cares 2024–2025 Coat Drive.

In our Boston, Chicago, New York and San Francisco offices, teams of colleagues participate in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge races, which raise money for local nonprofit organizations.

We’re proud that for four consecutive years the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA) has recognized Segal Marco employees for their workplace and community advocacy:

• Maureen O'Brien was named a 2024 Leader.
• Rosemary Elly Guillette received a 2023 Rising Star award.
• Vanessa Vargas Guijarro received a 2022 Rising Star award.
• Sue Crotty was named a 2021 Leader.
• Rosa Limas received a 2021 Rising Star award.

According to DCIIA, the Leader award “recognizes senior/executive/C-suite level professionals who are contributing positively to their workplaces and communities.”

DCIIA is an independent nonprofit association dedicated to enhancing the retirement security of America’s workers. There is no compensation associated with either nominating individuals for awards or for receiving an award.
